Albert Portas
Meet Albert Portas, a passionate footballer from Barcelona, Spain, dedicated to helping young players achieve their dream of becoming professionals and guiding them through every step of the process with everything he has learned throughout his journey. His path in football began at the age of 6, and he spent seven years at FC Barcelona, training alongside future stars such as Ansu Fati, Sergio Gómez, and Takefusa Kubo. He played three years in NCAA Division I college soccer in the United States and later earned a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Digital Marketing. With his broad experience, Albert aims to inspire and mentor the next generations to build a strong mindset, enjoy the game, and grow both on and off the field.

Isaac Garcia
Meet Isaac Garcia, a visionary coach and co-owner of P4SA. With a prestigious UEFA PRO coaching license from the Royal Spanish Football Federation, Isaac’s coaching journey began at the age of 16, alongside his playing career. Over 8 seasons, he shaped teams from U10 to U15, nurturing future talents. His guidance has helped develop global football stars like Xavi Simons, Sergio Gómez, Abel Ruiz, Arnau Tenas, and many more who now play in Europe’s top leagues. Isaac also serves as Chief Scout for Catalonia (Spain) and North America at Global Ases, a player representation agency.

Academy Coordinator
Carlos Portas
Carlos Portas, former professional footballer and co-owner of P4SA, began his football journey at the age of 6, playing for prestigious clubs in Barcelona such as FC Barcelona, FC Damm, and UE Cornellà alongside some of the world’s top young talents.
He spent three seasons competing in NCAA Division I college soccer in Tennessee, United States, and currently plays professionally in Spain with La Grama in the Tercera RFEF.
Carlos is not only a talented player, but also someone who deeply values relationships and helping others. Raised in a family that emphasized hard work and perseverance, he has developed a strong sense of resilience and purpose, both on and off the field.

P4SA Spain President
Oriol Soldevila
Professional footballer. Oriol developed in FC Barcelona’s youth academy before continuing his career in England and Spain. He currently plays for Hércules CF while combining his professional career with studies in Business Administration.
He is also one of the very few players in football history to score a hat-trick against FC Barcelona in an official match, achieving it in a Copa del Rey game. A milestone that highlights both his talent and competitive mentality at the highest level.
