Albert Portas
Meet Albert Portas, a passionate soccer player from Barcelona, Spain, with dreams of going pro and making a difference in the soccer world. His soccer journey began at age 6, and he spent seven years at FC Barcelona, developing alongside future stars like Ansu Fati, Sergio Gómez, and Takefusa Kubo. He played three years of Division 1 soccer in USA and later earned a Business Management degree and an MBA in Digital Marketing. With his extensive experience, Albert’s main goal is to help young talent improve both on and off the field, building strong mentalities to enjoy the game and thrive in their soccer careers.

Isaac Garcia
Meet Isaac Garcia, a visionary coach and co-owner of P4SA. With a prestigious UEFA PRO coaching license from the Royal Spanish Football Federation, Isaac’s coaching journey began at the age of 16, alongside his playing career. Over 8 seasons, he shaped teams from U10 to U15, nurturing future talents. His guidance has helped develop global football stars like Xavi Simons, Sergio Gómez, Abel Ruiz, Arnau Tenas, and many more who now play in Europe’s top leagues. Isaac also serves as Chief Scout for Catalonia (Spain) and North America at Global Ases, a player representation agency.

Jesus Leon
Born in Mexico, Jesu Leon is the passionate president of P4SA, with a lifelong love for soccer that began in his youth. He plays a crucial role in the academy, combining his deep understanding of the United States with his successful business ventures, including seven restaurants in the USA. Jesu is also a very close friend of Carlos Portas. They met in Tennessee when Carlos was playing for ETSU, and since then, they have become business partners, working together to grow the academy and expand its reach.

Carlos Portas
Carlos Portas, a professional soccer player and co-owner of P4SA, began his soccer journey at the age of 6, playing for prestigious clubs in Barcelona like FC Barcelona, FC Damm, and UE Cornella, alongside some of the best players in the world. He spent three seasons playing Division 1 college soccer in Tennessee, USA, and is currently playing professional soccer in Spain for La Grama in the 3rd RFEF. Carlos is not only a skilled player but also values connections and helping others. Coming from a family that emphasized hard work and perseverance, he developed a strong sense of resilience and purpose, both on and off the field.
